The MAT (Miller Analogies Test) is required for admission into many graduate schools. This 60-minute, computer-based test is administered by the Testing Office for a fee of $80.00. Unofficial scores are available as soon as the test is completed.

Registration is open until 24 hours prior to the test. See available test dates and times below.

Candidates must show TWO forms of identification in order to test; primary and secondary. Your primary ID must be government-issued and include your name, signature and a recognizable photograph. Acceptable forms of primary ID include:

  • Current driver's license
  • State or federal ID card
  • Current passport
  • Military ID with photo and signature
  • Tribal ID
  • Naturalization card or certificate of citizenship

Acceptable forms of secondary ID include:

  • Employee photo ID
  • College ID
  • Credit card
  • Social security
  • Military ID with signature only
  • Unused ID from the primary choices

MAT Test Dates and Times

Each date has several starting times: 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 3:00, 3:15, and 3:30.  Five seats are available for each start time.  If a date/time shown here cannot be seen during the registration process, that particular date/time is full and another date/time will need to be selected.
