Proposal Process
Student technology fee revenue is available for use in meeting instructional technology needs. Requests for funding may come from students, faculty, and staff. To review use of these funds, see Guidelines. The procedures below should be followed when requesting funds. You must have plans to utilize existing physical space for implementing the use of any technology items you request.
Submission instructions: Your request form and supporting documents must be received by noon, Tuesday, April 23, 2013.
• Complete the request form.
• Send an email with your request form as an attachment to Steve McLeod, Associate Chief Information Officer, at Steve.McLeod@ung.edu.
• Send the signed form and any supporting documents to Steve McLeod, IT by campus mail or fax to 706-864-1684.
Funding Request Form will be available when a meeting is scheduled.
