Here are some issues that new students may encounter when accessing IT administered services at North Georgia.


Email/Campus ID

  • Your "username" does not include @northgeorgia.edu, you don't need to enter it when logging into your email.
  • Your email and CampusID logins are linked, changing the password will change your password for both services. To change your password go to the Password Portal.

Banner

  • Your Banner "User ID" is your 900#
  • If you don't know your 900# you can look it up using this form
  • Your Banner "PIN" is in the format of DAY first, not the standard MONTH first, therefore your PIN will be in the format of DDMMYY
  • If you enter the PIN incorrectly 3 times it will lock you out of Banner, at which point you'll need to contact the Help Desk to unlock it.
