Advance Scheduling for Entering Freshman

Suggestion: Print this page to use as a reference as you move through the process.

Please note:

  • The Advance Scheduling online form can only be submitted one time.
  • Changes may not be submitted later.
  • Changes can be made at INTRO (new student orientation).
  • Advance Scheduling ends at 4:30 PM, May 11, 2012

NOTE:  The Advance Scheduling form is used to collect information needed to build class schedules. 
 a team of individuals will review the data and build class schedules for each new student
 according to the information collected. 


You will NOT be selecting classes for fall semester during this process. 

 Please follow the instructions below to complete the Advance Schedule Online Form for Fall Semester 2012.

  • Click on the [LOGIN] button below and then:
  • Enter your USER ID number provided in your advance schedule letter. It will be in 900XXXXXX format.
  • Enter your PIN - Your initial Banner Web PIN will be your birth date in DDMMYY format. For example, if your birth date = 25 April, 1991 then your PIN is 250491.
  • Once in Banner, choose the “Student” tab
  • Once in the “Student” area, choose “Advance Scheduling for Entering Freshmen” near the bottom of the page.
  • Complete the form and submit no later than 4:30 PM, May 11, 2012.
