Full Color vs. 2-Color
Full Color
Uses 4 colors which, when overlapped, produce a full color spectrum. This is best for images and graphics with lots of color depth, and to achieve realistic looking photographs on a printed piece.
2-Color or Spot Color
2-color or spot color is used in creating logos and graphics where you need the color to be accurate. Spot colors do not replicate well on digital print devices such as laser printers as they are pre-mixed inks.
