College Post Office Boxes may be assigned to resident students currently enrolled at NGCSU. All resident students who attend intro will automatically be assigned a campus box. Resident students retain their PO box until and UNLESS IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE STUDENT IS NOT CHECKING HIS OR HER MAIL. Resident students must without exception, surrender their box upon converting to commuter status. Upon graduation or other egress, the student must return his or her key or pay the current key replacement cost.

Helpful hints: To assure delivery of mail and packages always include your full name and box number in your address.
Advise all correspondence that your mail should be addressed as follows:

Packages sent using a delivery service:
Use 30597 for the zip code and 82 College Circle for the street address.

Students receiving packages too large to fit in the mailbox will have a package slip placed in their box, which can be exchanged at the service window for the package.

The campus post office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
