PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS

The implementation of the new web based version of PeopleSoft Financials is now up and running. As a result of this upgrade there are some new and exciting changes taking place. All Budget, Grant, Revenue, and Agency Account Reports can be accessed through PeopleSoft Financials.

Access to Reports

In order to gain access to your reports, please send Melissa Proctor, mbproctor@northgeorgia.edu an email with the following information:

1. The account numbers you need access to (the Chart of Accounts is located on the N drive)
2. A list of employees who need access to the reports
3. Whether you want both full detail and summary reports
4. Whether you want the reports updated daily or monthly
5. Whether you want the reports emailed to you or sent to online access

Once she receives your information, she will set up access for you and send you an email with instructions on how to access the reports. Please note that this is a lengthy process and may not be completed the same day you submit your information.
