Chi Sigma Iota, the International Honor Society for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, has initiated a guest speaker series with the intention of promoting professional development for counseling, social work and psychology fields. North Georgia’s chapter will host guest speaker  Dr. Sam Maddox discussing "The Ups and Downs of Bipolar Disorder in Children"  Feb. 9 at 5 p.m. in Dunlap Hall, room 205.
