You're in an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program
and/or
You're in an academic honors program in high school or in the National Honors Society
and
You have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above in your college-preparatory high school courses
or
You're a senior with 1150 SAT combined critical reading and math or above, or 25 or above composite ACT
and
You're in good physical condition and in good health
We want you to consider North Georgia College & State University!
What are your incentives?

You can receive up to 45 academic credits for a combination of IB program courses, AP courses, and other credit by exam.
You can receive up to 24 academic credits for your IB program courses.
You can apply for a scholarship.
You can apply for the exciting Honors Program.
You can participate in fantastic undergraduate research projects.
You can study a strategic foreign language: Arabic, Chinese, Korean and Russian.
You can study abroad in countries like China, Morocco, France, and Russia.
You can be in one of the 19 Honors Societies we have on campus.

You can pursue graduate education at North Georgia. We have masters' degree programs, a doctorate in physical therapy and certificate programs.

You can work with our Career Services Center for career exploration, resume building, interviewing, and finding a job. You can also attend one of the university-sponsored career fairs on campus.
