If you are graduating from a non-accredited home school or from a non-accredited high school, admissions requirements and application for admission procedures are below. If your program is accredited by any of the following agencies, you should apply for admission as a student from an accredited high school or home school program.

You must meet or exceed the average SAT-1 score (critical reading + math), or average ACT composite score of our preceding year’s entering freshman class. For example, if you were applying for either the Summer 2012, Fall 2012 or Spring 2013 Semester, you would have had to meet or exceed the average SAT I score of 1112 (critical reading + math) or ACT composite score of 25, with minimum SAT I scores of 480 critical reading and 440 math (or the ACT equivalent of 20 English and 18 Math).

To apply for admission:
- Submit an Application for Undergraduate Admission with $30 non-refundable application fee
- Submit your official SAT I or ACT score report
- Submit your Admissions Portfolio and/or other evidence of successfully completing the equivalent of the Georgia high school College-Preparatory Curriculum (CPC), as defined by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (4 units of English; 4 units of mathematics, including Algebra I and II, Geometry, and a higher level mathematics course; 3 units of laboratory science (4 for students graduating 2012 or later), including one in life science and another in physical science; 3 units of social science, including one each in US and world history; and 2 units of the same foreign language).
- Submit acceptable scores from an approved high school summation examination such as the Iowa Test of Educational Development, the California Achievement Test or the Stanford Achievement Test. (Note: If you have completed all SAT II Subject exams with passing scores, you are not required to provide a high school summation examination score sheet. Instead, have the College Board send a paper copy of your SAT II scores to Cadet Admissions.)
- Document showing lawful presence in the United States if requesting to pay Georgia in-state tuition. Click here for a list of documents that can be used.
NOTE: If you took college courses for credit, you must also meet our college (transfer) Cadet admission requirements.
